Dr. Alrimawi has five years of teaching experience and five years of RN experience inside and outside US. She has served as the associate nursing program director in Stratford University since August 2018. Her primary research interests are in the areas of child and community health, with the intention to develop the health policies, and improve the quality of health care mainly in low and middle income countries. Throughout her education and research, she received multiple grants and fellowships. She earned a Ph.D. in nursing studies and a master’s in advancing nursing practice from the University of Nottingham (UK) with a focus on child health area. Additionally, she received her Bachelor of Nursing Science from Sina College for Nursing and Midwifery, and completed her master in community and public health at Birzeit University. Both schools are located in Palestine.

She is qualified with a Master’s Degree in Collaborative Healthcare as well as a Bachelors Degree in Social Science and Healthcare with strong skills in delivering high quality services while liaising closely with clinicians to reduce risk. Sue has hands-on exposure in managing all aspects of clinical services which includes introduction of new systems and roles, setting up satellite clinics, building networks with other medical services and leading governance and assessment standards. She has been instrumental in developing a successful service model at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, KSA, by integrating all paediatric services into one division to improve bed capacity, facilitate a higher patient throughput and raise standards of excellence.

Maysoon Khalil Youssef's Career starts from 1999 with Al Istiklal Hospital as a Practical nurse at Jordan. With 10 years of journey she grow together with them to reach nursing supervisor. Meanwhile, work with university as a clinical instructor from 2007- 2009. Started work with Dr. Suleiman Hospital (KSA) as a Surgical Orthopedic unit charge nurse from 2009. Since 2011 they promoted as a Surgical Orthopedic unit Head nurse. She worked with them until 2014 same post. From 2014 promoted as a Head Nurse. Since 2016 Al Zahra Hospital (Dubai) working as a Director of Nursing. She earned Master degree in Health Care management from Dubai.

Dr. Rabie’e Al Rashdi graduated as a general nurse from the UK in 1987 before joining the Sultan Qaboos Military Academy from which he graduated as an Officer and then returned to UK to specialize in Accident and Emergency, Flight Nursing, as well as Intensive Care. Worked as a Nursing Officer in various military hospitals and climbed up the professional career ladder to finally become the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of the Armed Forces Medical Services, Oman. He served in this demanding post for over 12 years, then he was appointed as the Commandant (Dean) of AFMS School. Dr Rabie’e left the military healthcare services at the beginning of 2015 and is currently working as Planning and DevSelopment Expert in the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority where he is involved in strategic and Operational Planning; Development of Policies; Quality training and Audits; and Risk management. Dr. Rabie’e has a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from Napier University, Edinburgh (Scotland), with a focus on healthcare Human Resources Development and Management. He also holds a post doctorate diploma in strategic management and leadership from Oxford Business College, UK, as well as various leadership and management courses. To enhance his knowledge and expertise, Dr. Rabie’e teaches and presents in various nursing and healthcare subjects; evidence based practice; quality and patients’ safety issues; human resources development; and Business Studies. Dr. Rabie’e is a member of various professional bodies such as the United Kingdom Nursing & Midwifery Council; the Canadian Healthcare Accreditation Body (as a surveyor); the Oman Nursing Association; and the Omani Higher Education Quality Network (OQNHE) in which he was for 2 years a member of the executive committee. DR. BANDAR was currently the Director of Nursing Administration in Health Affairs Directorate of Al-Baha Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He graduated & obtained his Diploma in Nursing in 1997 and began ascending the ladder of nursing leadership. He was the Director of Nursing in Prince Mishary Bin Saud Hospital (formerly known as Baljurashi General Hospital) from 2001 till August 0f 2006. He realized that education is very essential to become a better leader. He applied for scholarship and pursued his Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing in Southern Queensland University 2006-2008, Australia. Because of his desire to improve the delivery of care for better-patient outcomes he continued his Master’s Degree and specializes in Nursing Management at Monash University, Australia [from 2009 to July 2011]. He never stops and aimed higher, finally on December 2016 he graduated with the degree: Doctor of Philosophy PhD. Nursing (in Acute & Critical Care) at RMIT University-Melbourne, Australia. He dreamt to make contribution and help to reduce inequalities in health outcomes in his home country by finding ways to develop a culturally competent nursing workforce for this part of his studies focused on “Transcultural Nursing”. He is one of the speakers in the “39th Transcultural Nursing Society Annual Conference Presenter Albuquerque, NM, United States of America”, October 2013. He initiated to impart the concept thru in Al Baha region thru a Course entitled: “TRANSCULTURAL NURSING: The Role of Nursing Leaders and Cultural Competence for Nurses” (May 24, 2017/Shaban 28, 1438-Wednesday).
